Main Duties and Responsibilities:

First point of contact for customer technical support calls and e-mail requests
On-site technical support
Talking Oscura customers through problem solution (by telephone and in person)
Installation and configuration of computer systems
Troubleshooting system and network problems
Hardware and software application support
Website maintenance

Required Skills and Experience:

Excellent communication skills
Previous experience in an IT job (or IT graduate)
Microsoft Windows operating systems
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Web browsers
E-Mail Clients
Web page development (HTML)
Basic networking skills

The following skills would be an advantage:

Microsoft Exchange and Small Business Server
Linux operating systems
Firewalls and network security and VPNs
Web programming development (ASP/PHP)
Knowledge of Web Servers (IIS/Apache)
Database Servers (Microsoft SQL/MySQL)
Windows Application Development (VB/.NET)
